The WSA Fellowship
The HBS Women’s Student Association (WSA) Fellowship, established in 2008, is a need-based scholarship that recognizes the achievements and contributions of a second year HBS student to the women's community. This woman will embody the characteristics of integrity, leadership and excellence.
Recognizing that many female students and alumni have enjoyed distinguished and fulfilling careers in business, donors to this fund acknowledge and appreciate the specific challenges women may face in their path toward success in a traditionally male field. The WSA Fellowship represents an abiding commitment to encourage women in business. Donors who contribute to this fund hope that their support will persuade women to pursue MBA degrees at the School.
The annual award of up to $20,000 will be determined by the recipient’s need in accordance with the financial aid policies of the School.
Gifts of any size may be directed towards the WSA Fellowship Fund. All gifts and pledges will receive credit within a donor’s class; upon request, donors may choose to receive future reunion credit. Pledges of $5,000 or more may be paid out over a number of years.
For questions about gifts and pledges, please contact development officer, Kate Thomas (617.495.5935) or kathomas@hbs.edu.
