The WSA is committed to the community outside HBS. The organization seeks ways to reach out to the greater Boston community through volunteer and fundraising efforts.
Annual events include:
- HBS Students and Partners Team in Boston's Race for the Cure
- Women's Suit Drive in conjunction with Harvard Doctoral Programs
- Thanksgiving Basket Donation Program to the Department of Social Services of Cambridge in conjunction with the Partners Club
The WSA also has ongoing partnerships with:
- Big Sister Association of Greater Boston
- Center for Women and Enterprise of Cambridge
